Translation & Interpretation
Clear communication in the moments that matter most.
Support that fits your situation
Language should never be the reason a family misses a deadline, a parent leaves a school meeting confused, or a business loses a customer. Kap Services provides translation and interpretation so that everyone in the conversation understands the same thing.
We work with families, schools, small businesses, professional offices, and community organizations — in writing, over the phone, on video, and in person.

How it works
What happens after you get in touch
Step 1: Tell us what you need
Let us know the languages involved, whether it is written or spoken, and when you need it.
Step 2: We confirm availability
We check we can cover your language and format, and tell you plainly if we cannot before you commit to anything.
Step 3: We prepare
For interpretation we ask what the appointment is about beforehand, so the vocabulary is not a surprise in the room.
Step 4: We follow through
You get the translation or the interpreter, and we stay reachable afterwards if something needs clarifying.
Why choose Kap Services
What you can expect
Commitments about how we work, not claims about results.
Plain language, not just literal words
We translate so the meaning survives — including the parts that matter, like dates, amounts, and what you are being asked to do next.
Prepared before the appointment
When we interpret for you, we ask what the appointment is about beforehand so the vocabulary is not a surprise in the room.
One point of contact
The same person who translates your document can interpret at the appointment where you hand it in.
Handled confidentially
Documents and conversations are treated as private and shared only with the people you tell us to involve.
Questions
Frequently asked
Which languages do you support?
Language availability depends on the interpreter and the type of appointment. Contact us with your language and the date you need, and we will confirm what we can arrange before you commit to anything.
Can you provide a certified translation?
Certification requirements differ by the agency, court, or school receiving the document. Tell us who is asking for it and we will confirm what form of translation or certification they require, and whether we can provide it.
How far in advance should I book an interpreter?
As early as you can. In-person interpretation in particular depends on scheduling and travel, so more notice gives us a better chance of covering your appointment.
Need help with translation & interpretation?
Tell us the languages, whether it is written or spoken, and when you need it. We will confirm what we can arrange before you commit to anything.
