Services
Document & Language Support
Translation, interpretation, document organization, and help connecting with licensed professionals.
Support that fits your situation
Legal and immigration processes can be difficult to navigate, especially when language is a barrier. Kap Services helps with communication, document organization, and connections to licensed professionals who can provide legal advice when needed.
We clearly distinguish support services from legal advice and will tell you when a question should be handled directly by an attorney.
Important legal notice
Kap Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Legal matters may be referred to appropriately licensed attorneys or qualified professionals.

What happens after you get in touch
Step 1: Tell us what you need
Describe the situation in general terms — you do not need to share case details or documents to start.
Step 2: We review your request
We work out whether this is communication and organization support we can provide directly, or whether it needs a licensed professional.
Step 3: Get connected
We provide the language or document support you need, or help you reach an attorney or qualified professional suited to your matter.
Step 4: Continue with support
Once you are working with a professional, we can keep interpreting, translating correspondence, and helping you stay on top of what has been asked for.
Why choose Kap Services
What you can expect
Commitments about how we work, not claims about results.
You understand what you received
Before anything else, we make sure you know what a letter or notice actually says and what date, if any, it puts on your calendar.
Organized before you pay for time
Arriving at a consultation with documents sorted and questions written down makes that appointment more useful to you.
Referred, not represented
Advice comes from a licensed professional. We help you reach one and make sure language is not in the way.
Clear about our limits
If a question calls for legal judgment, we say so and point you to someone licensed to answer it, rather than guessing.
What Kap Services does not do
Being clear about our limits protects you. If you need any of the following, we will help you reach someone who is licensed to provide it.
- We do not give legal advice or opinions about your case.
- We do not recommend a legal strategy or tell you which option to choose.
- We do not act as your legal representative before any court or government agency.
- We do not prepare or file immigration applications on your behalf as an authorized representative.
- We do not charge for legal services, and we are not attorneys or accredited representatives.
Questions
Frequently asked
Does Kap Services provide legal advice?
No. Kap Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We provide communication and organization support — translation, interpretation, document organization, and help reaching a licensed professional who can advise you.
Can Kap Services help me find an attorney?
We can help you identify the type of attorney your situation calls for, find licensed professionals appropriate to your matter and location, and arrange an initial appointment. We do not choose for you, and you engage any attorney directly under your own agreement with them. Our fees cover our communication and organization work; anything an attorney charges is separate and agreed between you and them.
Can Kap Services translate my documents?
Yes, we translate correspondence, notices, and supporting paperwork. What we cannot do is tell you what a document means for your case — that is legal interpretation, and it belongs with an attorney. If a court or agency requires a specific certified form of translation, tell us who is asking and we will confirm whether we can provide it before you commit.
Can Kap Services attend an appointment as an interpreter?
Yes, by arrangement — over the phone, on video, or in person within our service area. Availability depends on the language and the date, so contact us with both and we will confirm what we can cover before you rely on it.
Does contacting Kap Services create an attorney-client relationship?
No. Contacting us, submitting the request form, or working with us creates no attorney-client relationship, because we are not attorneys. Nothing you tell us carries attorney-client privilege. Please do not send us confidential communications from your attorney, and do not send case evidence through this website.
Can you tell me what I should do about my case?
No. Questions about what you should do, which option is better, or how a decision may affect your status are legal questions, and they belong with a licensed attorney or accredited representative. We can help you reach one and interpret the conversation.
Can you fill out my immigration forms for me?
We can help you gather, organize, and understand your documents, and we can interpret while a licensed professional works with you. Preparing and submitting applications on someone's behalf is work reserved for attorneys and accredited representatives.
How do you choose the attorneys you refer people to?
We look for professionals licensed to handle the type of matter you describe and appropriate to your location. You are always free to choose someone else, and you engage any attorney directly under your own agreement with them.
Do you charge a fee for a referral?
Our fees are for the communication and organization work we do for you — translation, interpretation, and document support. Any fees an attorney charges are separate and are agreed between you and that attorney.
Need help with document & language support?
Describe the situation in general terms. You do not need to share case details or documents to start, and Kap Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
