About Kap Services
A multi-service company built around one idea: the people who need help with language often need help with technology and safety at home too — and they should not have to start from scratch with a new company each time.
Who we are
Four services, one point of contact
Kap Services brings translation and interpretation, document and language support, home security, and IT support together. You can explain what you need in one place, even when your request involves more than one service.
The family that needs a letter translated is often the same family setting up a first computer, or trying to work out why the camera at the front door stopped recording. The small business that needs an interpreter for a customer also needs its Wi-Fi to hold up and its front door to lock properly.
Rather than sending people to four different companies, we handle all four and keep the same point of contact throughout. When something falls outside what we do, we say so and help you find the right professional instead.

Say what we can and cannot do
We would rather turn work down or hand it to someone better placed than take on something we cannot do well. Where the law reserves work for a licensed professional, we say so and help you reach one.
Explain things properly
Whether it is a letter, a camera system, or a network problem, you should understand what is happening and what it means for you. Jargon is a barrier, not a credential.
Meet people in their language
Language support runs through everything we do, so a translation client, a security client, and an IT client can all work with us in the language they are most comfortable in.
