Submitting the service request form or the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and it does not obligate us to provide any service. Work begins only when we have agreed with you what is being done, and on what terms. Any separate written service agreement takes precedence over these terms for that work.

Legal and immigration support

Kap Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Legal matters may be referred to appropriately licensed attorneys or qualified professionals.

Our role in legal and immigration matters is limited to communication and organization support — translation, interpretation, help organizing documents another party has requested, appointment support, and helping you make contact with licensed professionals. We do not advise on your case, select a legal strategy, prepare or file applications on your behalf as an authorized representative, or represent you before any court or agency. Any relationship you form with an attorney or other licensed professional is between you and them.

Home security services

Kap Services provides installation, configuration, support, and education for security equipment. We are not an alarm monitoring company and do not provide emergency dispatch or emergency response. No security system prevents every incident, and we do not warrant that any system will prevent loss, damage, or injury. Permit and licensing requirements for alarm and low-voltage work vary by jurisdiction; we will identify what applies to the work you have asked for before it begins.

IT and technology services

Technology work carries inherent risk to data. We take reasonable care, including confirming that a backup exists before significant changes, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups. Our cybersecurity support covers practical protection and good-practice configuration; it is not a formal audit, penetration test, or compliance assessment, and no measure can guarantee that a system will never be compromised.

Translation and interpretation

We take care to convey meaning accurately. Where a receiving agency, court, or institution requires a specific form of certified or sworn translation, it is your responsibility to tell us what they require, and ours to tell you honestly whether we can provide it.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, including anything time-sensitive.
• Confirm you have the authority to request work on a property, device, or account before we begin.
• Use this website lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt it, submit automated traffic, or gain unauthorized access to it.
